How to process hourly employees
Our hourly employees themselves report their working days for the previous month in Primula and it is your job as an hour coordinator to
- check that the hours are correct
- complete the case by posting
- certify the report.
The hourly employees must report and forward their hours to the hourly coordinator no later than the 3rd of each month.
To ensure that all our hourly employees receive their salary on the regular payday, your reconciliation must be done no later than the 6th of each month. Therefore, check Primula regularly.
In Primula, it is possible to choose to receive an email every time you have a case to process. Select: My page -> Personal settings -> uncheck the box "Do not send e-mail on new cases".
Note that cases may be received by you even after the due date, so be aware of that. If time permits, you can also process these cases.
