Other, 350-årsjubileum

Robots are undoubtedly going to play an important role in the future of humanity, with the number of uses being limited only by our imagination. Over the past few decades, researchers from many different fields, including engineering, biology and philosophy have focused on creating robots that can be useful for society.

The aim of this day is to celebrate the progress that has been made from the first robots ever created to those that are used in modern society and to display the current research at Lund University that is leading to the robots of the future.

The activities will be based at LUX, with exhibitions and demonstrations of different research projects involving robots as well as guided visits to the industrial robotics lab at LTH and robot programming at Vattenhallen.

All jubilee events.
